Workroom:
- Soreco makes use of an extruding tool that can produce 25
kg up to 20 MT of material.
- There are 6 extruding lines of machinery, mono-screw and
double screws.
- Soreco also owns 2 injecting-presses of 25 MT and 50 MT
fitted out with a matrix to make coloured bar and test tube
for mechanical experiment.

Extruding machine equipment ( such as granulator, vacuum
pump) and screw profiles are able to compound different materials. |

- Production capacity of 5000 MT per year.
- All kind of standard product packaging is available.
- Precise tracability allowed thanks to a computerized production

Soreco has a laboratory-extruding machine and a computer
assisted acs5 datacolor spectrocolorimeter for a colour setting
and developpement.

- Realization of 500 colors per year (4000 colors are available).
- There are 4 employees working in the laboratory : 3 for
colors and one charged of development.
